By submitting this form you agree and note that:
1. You authorize your name and club information and any photos of you at convention events to be shared with convention attendees and in the B&B News. Your contact details will be held in accord with the principles of the national Privacy Act (1988);
2. You will pay the Registration Fee by the means and date(s) in the convention information provided on the B&B website and in any communications to B&B members;
3. The fee for each masterclass that you attend is to be included along with your registration payment; there is no admittance without payment having been made;
4. While every effort will be made to accommodate delegates who only drink white wines, the host clubs will not be able to accommodate delegates who can only, or choose to, drink only the one style, such as sparkling;
5. The Convention Transport provided from the Cairns Airport to Mission Beach will leave the airport on Friday 31 July at 10.00 am, 11.40 am and 1.30 pm. Delegates flying and using the transport provided should choose their flights accordingly. No flights arriving after 1.10 pm will be accommodated;
6. The Sunday Farewell Lunch will require transport by ferry. It has only one sailing which will not return to Mission Point until late afternoon. This means that because of travel and time constraints delegates should book return flights on Monday, unless they make alternative arrangements;
7. The Convention Transport provided from Mission Beach to Cairns Airport on Monday 3 August will have its first departure at 6.30 am which will service flights from 9 am, with the next departure being 8.30 am which will service departures from 11.00 am. No flights leaving before 9.00 am will be accommodated;
8. Full refunds will be given up to 31 March 2026, 50% to 30 June and no refund after that date. Delegates are advised to have travel insurance for medical emergencies or other events, which should cover non-refundable costs, but check the PDS before purchasing a particular one.
