The Shanghailanders visited the Michelin rated, PHÉNIX eatery & bar at the Puli hotel this past Friday, for their monthly dinner.

This was the first time that the B&B Shanghailanders have dined at the Puli hotel, Michael Wilson the hotels executive chef, who hails from Melbourne, presented a unique seasonal mouth-watering menu for the dinner, with Matt Rouse the clubs wine master selecting the wines.

The club inducted three new members, Dan Larsen, Jack Soong and Steve Notman seen here with Hanns Michel the club president; along with the clubs resident Fine Master Tam Lang collecting the evenings takings.
