On June 18th, Hong Kong’s Ladies Chapter – The Fabulous + Beautiful (Branch 281), hosted a delectable five-course summer dinner for their members and guests. The 40 attendees enjoyed a Michelin-Star dining experience at Hong Kong’s French restaurant ‘Seasons by Olivier Elzer.’ The pre-dinner drinks on the terrace (with Crémant de Bourgogne, François Mikulski, France, NV) was the perfect way to sample Hong Kong’s summer weather and get to know each other. The Masala Prawn with Venere Rice Risotto was the clear favourite of the evening. The staff at Seasons provided first-class service! A huge thanks to Maria Miles-Vinall and Jennifer Quasdorf (Food Master and Wine Master, respectively) for creating such a great food and wine menu.
